This project created artefacts that help business people to understand, obtain, and use cloud computing services. It was a project of the Cloud Computing Work Group, now part of the Open Platform 3.0™ Forum.

Deliverables

The artefacts were published as Open Group White Papers and Guides.

Accomplishments

The project has produced three White papers and one Guide:

• Building Return on Investment from Cloud Computing (April 2010)
• Cloud Buyers' Decision Tree (July 2010)
• Cloud Buyers' Requirements Questionnaire, Version 1.0 (July 2010)
• Cloud Performance Metrics (September 2013)

The content of the White Papers was incorporated in the book Cloud Computing for Business (August 2011).

Next Steps

The project is completed.
